Advertising is available to licensed real estate brokers with offices in the immediate marketing area, licensed builders with offices in the immediate marketing area, and developments located in the immediate marketing area. No “for sale by owner” type of advertising is accepted. Service industry ads with some tie to the real estate industry may also be accepted at the discretion of the publisher.
